A sweet and rich goat gouda, made from milk from a small handful of farms along the Dutch and Belgian border, and aged by Betty Koster. Notes of sweet cream. Pairs well with riesling or a malty amber ale.

Brabander is always a surprise to newcomers. It is an aged goat cheese without the goatiness many people dislike. It is complex, nutty, and smooth. I just love it, and it was the first to disappear on my cheese board!
