I LOVE this cheese. Big gouda fan always but the Bru-XL is nice and aged, caramelly sweet and has all the little crystals you are searching for in a generally medium-soft (for a hard cheese), smooth and creamy base. Complex yet approachable. Definitely a go to for gifting or bringing to a board. Crowd pleaser for sure!!
