A traditional cheddar made on the west coast of Wales. The word "Haford" translates to "pasture". Holden's herd of 65 Ayrshire cows are almost entirely fed from what is grown on the farm, producing wheels that are delightfully savory. Less acidic than some cheddars, we often get notes of cheesy potatoes.
