Everything we get from Talbott and Arding is so first rate… But I have to comment that the pecorino romano is a sheer delight… Used in every way imaginable… One of my favorite ways to use it is grated lightly over soup… Can’t be beat! We are loyal customers …And it’s easy to be loyal with such impeccable quality furnished all the time.
