


We use freshly-milled, organic, whole grain rye flour from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY in our Caraway Rye Crackers. These crackers are robustly flavored and generously studded with caraway seeds. Before baking, we brush them with Hudson Valley cold-pressed sunflower oil and season with Seneca salt. Excellent served with an aged gouda, cultured butter or simply as a stand-alone snack. These crackers are thin, extra crispy and very addictive!

Crisp, crunchy, caraway crackers. Very flavorful with just the right amount of salt. They are perfect with a creamy Brie.
Love it. it has a mildly salty taste which appeals to me, and it's a great accompaniment to my merlot wine.
There were supposed to be two packages; even the invoice read 2. But there was only one package in the box.
