A Tuscan Table: An Evening with Luca Calvani

No one knows what to do with a vegetable quite like an Italian cook.

Join us for an evening with actor, filmmaker, cook and author Luca Calvani, whose new book, A Tuscan Table, celebrates seasonal vegetarian cooking and the pleasures of gathering around a table.

Luca will be joined in conversation by Walter Pogliani of Pogliani Select. Together, they’ll talk about Tuscan food, olive oil, hospitality and the stories behind the recipes Luca serves at Le Gusciane, the farmhouse and guesthouse he runs with his husband in the Tuscan hills.

Following the conversation, stay for an Italian wine reception, with three tastes from A Tuscan Table prepared by the Talbott & Arding kitchen and a Tuscan olive oil tasting with Pogliani Select. Luca will also sign books.
