A SICILIAN EVENING WITH FABRIZIA LANZA IN CONVERSATION WITH ODETTE WILLIAMS
Fabrizia Lanza grew up on a 200-year-old agricultural estate in the heart of Sicily and has spent her career preserving and regenerating the food traditions of the island. She directs the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School, and her documentary AMARO: The Bitter Taste of Sicily is a window into that work. We are delighted to partner with Creative Legion to bring her to Hudson for one evening of film, conversation with writer and cook Odette Williams, and a closing reception featuring Sicilian cheeses.
