Join us for an evening devoted to radicchio, the beautiful, complex and often misunderstood winter vegetable.

Lane Selman, co-author of Radicchio: A Celebration of the Beloved Italian Vegetable, will lead a conversation about the remarkable world of chicories, from their deep roots in Italian food culture to the farmers, cooks and eaters embracing them today.

Following the discussion and Q&A, we’ll taste chicories with our friends from MX Morningstar Farm. Lane will also sign copies of Radicchio, available to purchase during the evening.
