Olive Oil Tasting with Pogliani Select

Join us for an afternoon of tasting, education, and pairing with Pogliani Select, Hudson Valley–based importers of single-estate extra virgin olive oils from Liguria, Tuscany, Sicily, and Istria, Croatia. Walter Pogliani and Mike Fish will lead a signature tasting, guiding guests through the oils with a focus on flavor, origin, olive varieties, and how they translate to the table and seasonal menus.  Informal, conversational, and grounded in a shared language of food, this offers a timely opportunity to explore Pogliani Select’s role as the U.S. importer of record for Belić (Istria, Croatia), bringing that story to the table through the shop and its community.
