More About the Producer

Colston Bassett Stilton

Made by a small cooperative in Nottinghamshire since 1913, Colston Bassett is widely considered the finest Stilton produced. Montgomery's Cheddar — The Montgomery family has been making cheddar at Manor Farm in Somerset for three generations. It remains one of the defining examples of raw milk, clothbound English cheddar. Sparkenhoe Red Leicester — Raw milk, clothbound Red Leicester had been extinct for half a century Murrayscheese when David and Jo Clarke revived it on their Leicestershire farm in 2005. Sparkenhoe is now the only producer of traditional raw milk Red Leicester in the country.

We ship via UPS within the contiguous United States. We may ship to Alaska and Hawaii at our discretion to protect the quality of perishable products. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Yes, when the weather and timing allow. Perishables that are sensitive to temperature are restricted to overnight or, in some cases, 2-day shipping.
