Want to know where each pig came from and how long the product was cured? Founders Eleanor Friedman (a Native New Yorker) and Gianpero Pepe (a Southern Italian) will happily share their knowledge. La Salumina sources its pork predominantly from Gibson and Kinderhook Farms in the Hudson Valley.

We ship via UPS within the contiguous United States. We may ship to Alaska and Hawaii at our discretion to protect the quality of perishable products. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Yes, when the weather and timing allow. Perishables that are sensitive to temperature are restricted to overnight or, in some cases, 2-day shipping.
